Process flow and principle

1. The raw water enters the mixing reactor, and the medicament (degreaser or coagulant) is added to the mixing reactor to form separable flocs;

2. The pretreated sewage enters the air flotation device, and the tiny bubbles (bubble diameter range 30-50um) released in the sewage and air-water mixture in the inlet chamber are mixed. These tiny bubbles adhere to the flocs in the sewage to form an air float with a specific gravity less than water. The air flotation body rises to the water surface to condense into oil slick (or scum), which is scraped by the oil (slag) scraper to the oil (slag) tank;

3. The heavier solid particles in the inlet chamber are deposited here and discharged through the sand discharge valve. The system requires that the sand discharge valve be opened regularly to keep the inlet chamber clean;

4. Sewage enters the water distribution area of the air flotation device, and the rapidly rising particles will float to the water surface; the slower rising particles are separated in the corrugated inclined plate. Once a particle touches the corrugated inclined plate, it can reverse under the action of buoyancy. Rise in the direction of the current;

5. All heavy particles will sink, and the sinking particles will be collected by the bottom scraper and discharged by regularly opening the mud valve.
