Slaughter wastewater treatment process

◆Process introduction

Waste water enters the grid tank, removes large suspended solids through the grid, and then flows into the grease trap to remove part of the grease in the wastewater, and then flows into the regulating tank. When the water level in the regulating tank is at a high level, the water pump automatically starts: pumping in one The gas flotation device processes and removes a large amount of fine suspended matter and grease, and the clean water enters the hydrolysis acidification tank through the overflow pipe. In the hydrolysis and acidification tank, the wastewater decomposes various complex organic substances in the wastewater into methane and carbon dioxide through the action of anaerobic microorganisms, thereby converting the harmful substances in the wastewater into harmless substances.

The wastewater flows into the biological contact oxidation tank after being hydrolyzed and acidified. The contact oxidation method is an aerobic biofilm process. The microorganisms grow in the water in the form of biofilm and suspended, so it has both activated sludge and biological filter. The characteristics of the latter, organic carbohydrates are decomposed into CO2 and H20 in biological contact oxidation. After the wastewater passes through the contact oxidation tank, it flows to the sedimentation tank by itself. This tank is a structure for solid-liquid separation of the effluent from the contact oxidation tank. The function is to remove the aging biofilm and SS in the water. The effluent from the sedimentation tank enters the disinfection tank and can be discharged up to the standard after disinfection. The sludge in the sedimentation tank is discharged to the sludge thickening tank, the sludge is aerobic digested in the sludge thickening tank, and the supernatant is returned to the regulating tank for treatment.
