◆Equipment overview:

The grille decontamination machine is mainly composed of a frame, a driving device, a tooth rake and a transmission chain. Specially shaped rake teeth made of ABS engineering plastic, nylon 6, nylon 1010 or stainless steel are assembled on the rake shaft in a certain order to form a closed rake tooth chain. The underwater grid (harrow teeth) intercepts the dirt and travels along the rail. When it reaches the top part, due to the guiding effect of the curved rail and the gear, the adjacent rake teeth move relative to each other, pushing the dirt out and unloading it by its own weight. Put it into the dirt container. At the same time, the special rotating brush removes traces of residual dirt on the rake teeth.

This product is widely used in water supply and drainage secondary grids and water intake structures without large floating objects: it can also be used in papermaking, textile, leather, wine, sugar, aquatic and other industrial waste water and municipal sewage.
