Process flow

High ammonia nitrogen wastewater treatment process

◆Process introduction

The ammonia nitrogen wastewater first enters the PH adjustment tank to adjust the PH to 11-13, and then pumps into the distributor of the stripping tower. At the same time, the air enters the air inlet below the ammonia stripping tower body under the action of the fan, and is filled with the intake air. Section space, then the equalizing pressure rises to the packing section. The treated clean air is discharged from the exhaust cylinder. Then it enters the anaerobic tank (hydrolysis acidification tank), flows into the raw sewage and the phosphorus-containing sludge returned from the secondary sedimentation tank simultaneously. The main function of this tank is to release phosphorus, increase the concentration of P in the sewage, and dissolve organic matter It is absorbed by microbial cells to reduce the BOD concentration in the sewage; in the facultative aeration tank, denitrifying bacteria use the organic physicochemical carbon source in the sewage to reduce the large amount of NO3-N and NO2-N brought in the reflux mixed liquid to N2 Released to the air, so the BOD5 concentration decreases, the NO3-N concentration greatly decreases, and the phosphorus changes very little.

In the aerobic tank, the organic matter is biochemically degraded by microorganisms, and continues to decline; organic nitrogen is ammonified and then nitrified, so that the concentration of NH3-N decreases significantly, but as the nitrification process increases the concentration of NO3-N, P increases with The excessive intake of phosphorus bacteria also declined at a faster rate.
