◆Process introduction

The air flotation machine is used to discharge the tiny suspended solids out of the system through physical and chemical dosing. After the sewage passes through the air flotation device, it enters the oxygen release tank, and the residence time in the oxygen release tank is used to reduce the DO value in the water. Ensure the normal progress of the hydrolysis acidification process. The purpose of the system configuration and adjustment of the acidification tank is to adjust the water volume and to pre-acidify the wastewater to improve the efficiency of the anaerobic unit. The wastewater in the acidification tank is regularly pumped to the water distributor of the EGSB reactor to ensure uniform water quality and stable water volume entering the EGSB reactor. The wastewater enters the EGSB reactor for anaerobic reaction, and a large amount of COD and BOD of the wastewater are removed and converted into biogas. The effluent of the EGSB reactor enters the flocculation reaction tank, and the generated biogas passes through the water seal tank, and then enters the gas tank for storage through the desulfurization tank and the water seal tank. The biogas is used to generate electricity through a biogas generator, which is used for the wastewater treatment system.

After anaerobic treatment of sewage, a large amount of ammonia and other gases are produced. In order to reduce the load of subsequent treatment facilities and ensure that the treatment system meets the ammonia nitrogen standard, a stripping tank is set up to blow it off with air. The effluent from the blow off tank flows into the distribution tank by itself. After the waste water in the distribution tank is accumulated, it is lifted and distributed to the aerobic tank with a pump.

The wastewater undergoes aerobic reaction in aerobic conditions, and a large amount of organic pollutants and ammonia nitrogen are removed by the metabolism of aerobic microorganisms in the pool, so that the wastewater is purified and discharged into the sludge pool.
