◆Product description:
The aerated biological filter is abbreviated as BAF, which is a new wastewater treatment process developed by our company on the basis of ordinary biological filters and borrowed from the water supply filter process. At present, the process has been successfully applied to the advanced treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater and other fields .
The raw water enters the buffer water distribution area. When the material layer is filtered upward, it is purified by the microbial film attached to the filter material and discharged through the water outlet area. When the filter is backwashed, the lighter filter material may be brought to the water outlet by the water flow It can settle in the sloping plate sedimentation zone and return to the filter to ensure the concentration of microorganisms in the filter.
◆Working principle::
The filter tank is filled with granular filter material with a small particle size, and through the internal aeration of the filter tank, a highly active biofilm grows on the surface of the filter material. When the sewage flows through, the bio-oxidation and degradation effect between the high-activity biofilm on the surface of the filter material and the filter material is used to biochemically treat the sewage; because the particle size of the filter material is small and compacted, it is between the biofilm and the filter material. Under the adsorption of biological flocs, the filter layer can absorb and intercept most of the suspended solids (including the fallen biofilm) in the sewage, and there is no need to set up a sedimentation tank afterwards. With the extension of running time, the head loss of the filter gradually increases. When the design value is reached, the filter needs to be backwashed to clear the suspended solids and aging biofilm.
